Small airport, only 3 terminals, but it's pretty nice for what it is. A restaurant, a little convenience shop, and some vending for food and drink beyond TSA. Parking lot is always packed, though, but there's plenty of spaces you're just going to have to walk. Can take the ground crew a little bit to get the luggage off the plane but it's not what I could consider unheard of. Just be patient.

Very easy airport to navigate due to its small size. All staff are super friendly and helpful. I wish larger airports had the character this smaller airport has. Thank you for an easy and stress-free experience.

Good airport. Love the smaller airports. Much easier to deal with. Security was friendly and super thorough and very professional. Nice small airport! Closest we have to where we live in Camp Lejeune area. We find better prices than bigger airports at Albert J Ellis. Easy to pick up and drop off passengers.

I was picking up my handicapped mother from airport. Parked in passenger loading zone and went inside to assist her in wheelchair and when I came out I had a ticket on my car from Mccallister. When I went to explain my situation. He told just shut up and pay the fine. Very unprofessional and rude. You should really leave your personal problems at home. Hope you have a great day.

Don’t know what it is, maybe it’s the fact that it’s primarily used by military members and not normal people so they feel that they can let customer service and respect fall to the way side. Feb 2023 arrived 2 hours early to a flight to Panama City, the woman working the counter took her sweet time checking people in I walked in front of about 10-15 others waiting for service and asked her if any of us were making the flight. She looked at me annoyed and said “no”. Man’s you this was 2 hours before takeoff. Fast forward to today. Show up 40 minutes before a domestic flight and the woman at the counter says “you missed your flight, nothing I can do”. So apparently you must check in 42 (oddly specific amount of time) before your flight or you “missed your flight”. Woman offered no solution but to “call sato” and left the counter. Literally have never had any issues of the sort in my entire life. Place is sad.

Check-in was easy! The staff was super friendly. TSA was efficient and friendly as well. Facility is clean with lots of space and loading for departure was smooth.

Airport security is the best! I left my favorite, extremely cherished hat in Gate Two and flew to Atlanta. When I called the airport Security, they actually went to the gate to look for it, found it, and mailed it to me! Safely in my hands now. Special shout-out to Lieutenant McAllister, who looked for it. Thanks guys!!
